Atlee is a home care registry (called a placement agency under Colorado law) that connects your family directly with experienced caregivers who provide comfort and personal care at home, working right alongside your hospice team.
We connect you with caregivers experienced in end-of-life support: personal hygiene and bathing, gentle repositioning for comfort, light meals, medication reminders in coordination with the hospice nurse, and the quiet, human work of simply being present. For many families, the greatest gift is rest, knowing someone steady is with their loved one so they can sleep, or step away, without fear.
There are no minimum-hour requirements for end-of-life care. Start with a few hours of respite, or arrange overnight and continuous vigil coverage during the final days. The rate is a flat $35 per hour, plus a small transaction fee, with no evening, weekend, or last-minute premiums. Rather than promising a single named caregiver, we work with your family to build a small, approved care team of people you have met and trust, so there is always a familiar face and coverage never breaks down at the moment you need it most.

Does hospice include a caregiver at home?
Not usually in the way families expect. A hospice agency sends nurses, a social worker, and a chaplain who visit on a schedule, but they are not in the home around the clock. The day-to-day presence between those visits, help with personal care, repositioning, meals, and simply not being alone, is what an independent caregiver from the Atlee registry provides. We work alongside your hospice team, not in place of it.
How much does in-home hospice support cost in Denver?
Care through the Atlee registry is a flat $35 per hour, plus a small transaction fee, whether it is a weekday afternoon or a Saturday night. There are no minimum-hour requirements for end-of-life care, so you can arrange a few hours of respite or continuous vigil coverage as your family needs. Your hospice benefit through Medicare covers the hospice team itself; the in-home caregiver is a separate, private-pay service.
Can a caregiver stay overnight or provide vigil coverage?
Yes. Overnight presence and vigil coverage during the final days are among the most common reasons Denver families call us. We work with you to arrange the hours that bring the most peace, including continuous coverage when the situation calls for it.
How quickly can hospice support at home begin?
