I grew up and continue to live in the world of caregiving. My father was an administrator at long-term care facilities and hospitals, my mother was a nurse, my wife is an occupational therapist and both my daughters are nurses. I couldn’t escape it if I tried and why would I, it is part of who I am and I am passionate about caregiving.
I have had the privilege of working in hospice care and now I, along with the Atlee team, am focusing my experience and passion to build an organization that delivers the best non-medical care available. I have seen firsthand the challenges of private duty care. Everything from unreliable or unprofessional caregivers to clients who do not pay their caregiver on time even if the care was exceptional. Atlee Care has high standards which in turn attracts the best caregivers who desire to work with a team that wants to deliver the best care.
Beyond being an advocate for Atlee’s clients I am also committed to caring for and creating opportunities for Atlee independent caregivers to grow. We offer the ability to earn above-market pay, insurance, the freedom to manage their own schedules, and free training through Home Care Pulse.
