How quickly can care start?
In many cases, we can connect you with an experienced independent caregiver within 24-48 hours. For urgent situations, we do our best to arrange same-day support.
What does a free consultation look like?
We start by listening. Tell us about your loved one, what's going on, and what you're hoping for. We'll explain how the Atlee registry works, discuss care options, and answer every question you have. No obligation, no pressure.
How much does care cost?
Care through Atlee is a flat $35 per hour, plus a small payment processing fee. Unlike most agencies, we never upcharge for evenings, weekends, holidays, or last-minute requests. The same rate, 24/7/365. That's significantly less than traditional agencies at $40-50+ per hour (before their upcharges). No sign-up fees, no long-term contracts.
Do you accept insurance or Medicare?
As a home care placement agency, our services are private pay. However, some long-term care insurance policies do cover non-medical home care. We're happy to help you check your coverage.
