My family has always been rooted in healthcare - my father ran long-term care facilities, my mother was a nurse, my wife Lori is an occupational therapist with 30 years of experience serving Denver's elderly community, and both my daughters are registered nurses. I've spent my life surrounded by people who care deeply for others.
That passion led me to build Atlee Home Care after years working in hospice care across Colorado. I saw firsthand how difficult it was for Denver families to find dependable, compassionate caregivers they could trust. Atlee was created to make that search easier, offering a better experience for families and better opportunities for professional caregivers.
As a home care registry, we connect Colorado families with experienced, independent caregivers who provide reliable, high-quality non-medical care. How do I pay the caregivers?
Atlee uses a secure third-party platform called AllyMS to manage all caregiver payments and scheduling, so you don’t have to worry about writing checks or handling paperwork.
Through Ally, you can:
- View, edit, and confirm scheduled shifts
- See who your caregivers are
- Review invoice and payment history
- Access year-end summaries for tax purposes
- Update your contact and personal information
- Use the knowledge base for quick help and answers
All payments are automated, giving you peace of mind and full transparency.

How will I communicate with our caregivers?
We use Serenity Connected—a secure, easy-to-use platform that keeps everyone in the loop. You’ll have a private channel where you can message caregivers directly, share updates, ask questions, and stay connected in real time.
It’s more than just messaging—it’s peace of mind. Families tell us Serenity has changed everything, giving them clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to the care their loved one receives.

Will we always have the same caregiver?
Consistency matters, and we do everything we can to keep the same caregiver with your loved one. Building trust and familiarity is a big part of great care. That said, if your caregiver has a scheduling conflict or becomes unavailable, our team will work closely with you to find another exceptional caregiver who’s a strong fit. We’ll always communicate any changes and make sure your loved one feels supported and cared for.

Wll I have a choice of who comes to my home?
You are in control. Sometimes it’s just not a good match so, If for whatever reason you want a new caregiver, just call us and we work with you to find a new caregiver for your next visit.

Are Atlee caregivers insured?
Caregivers on the Atlee registry are independent contractors, but we take their safety—and your peace of mind—seriously. That’s why we’ve vetted trusted insurance options and connect our caregivers with brokers who offer accident and general liability coverage.
While caregivers secure their own policies, we make these resources readily available and strongly encourage coverage. If you’d like to confirm whether your caregiver is insured, just reach out to our Care Coordinator.
